Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Perfumes
Returns are accepted only if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, or if the product is delivered with a manufacturing fault.
We do not accept returns for perfumes that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Watches
Returns are accepted only for faulty watches, provided the fault is not due to customer damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Timeframe
Return or exchange requests must be made within 2 days from the date of purchase, and not later than 5 days after purchase.
Requests made beyond this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
Requirements for Processing Returns
To complete a return or exchange:
The customer must provide the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received.
All original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable) must be included.
Refunds & Exchanges
We do not issue cash refunds.
Instead, eligible returns will be offered an exchange for another product of equal or higher value (any price difference must be paid by the customer).
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used perfumes.
Watches damaged due to mishandling, impact, or water damage not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Items returned without the original receipt.
